I've always loved writing. It gives you the chance to express how you feel. My support worker suggested making a blog, which is where Chase the Storm started.
Although the thought of spilling the beans on my life worries me, I hope that it can help other's by relating or understanding what they are going through.
It also gives me the opportunity to reflect back on my own journey whilst I battle #mentalhealth.
